Flux

Used by product teams, design agencies, and research squads across 60 countries

The board that syncs before you finish your sentence.

Flux is an infinite visual canvas where your whole team works live — sticky notes, diagrams, wireframes, flowcharts, and half-formed ideas all colliding in one place with zero lag and zero export anxiety.

< 400ms

global sync latency — your cursor lands before the thought leaves your head

Infinite

canvas space — zoom out as far as a quarter-year roadmap needs

Infinite canvas, zero scroll panic

Zoom from the detail of a single user story to the full product arc of a quarter. Nothing gets cut off. Nothing gets lost.

40+

connector styles, shape libraries, and sticky note templates ready on day one

Feature

Live cursor presence

See exactly where every teammate is pointing, typing, and dragging in real time — named cursors, live selections, and instant follow-mode for walkthroughs.

Feature

Smart connectors

Draw a line between two shapes and it stays connected as you move things around. Connectors route themselves, label themselves, and never overlap on their own.

Feature

AI diagram generation

Describe a system, a flow, or an org structure in a sentence and Flux generates the diagram. Edit the result as you would anything else on the canvas.

Feature

One-click Figma and Notion import

Paste a Figma frame URL or a Notion page link and it lands on the canvas as a live, editable block — not a flat screenshot.

Feature

Video call overlay

Start a Flux call without switching apps. Everyone's face appears in a floating tile at the edge of the canvas so you can point and talk at the same time.

1

Open a canvas

Name it, drop the first sticky, or paste a Figma frame. Your first collaborator can join from a link before you finish setting up.

2

Invite your team

Share a link — no account required to view or comment. Full edit access takes thirty seconds to set up per person.

3

Build anything

Sprint planning, system diagrams, customer journey maps, competitive analysis boards, meeting notes with structure — whatever the moment needs.

"We stopped doing slide decks for product reviews entirely. We just open the Flux board and walk through it live. Conversations are faster, decisions stick better."

Priya Nair

Head of Product, Crest Health

"Our agency runs discovery workshops for clients on Flux. The AI diagramming feature alone saves us a full day on every engagement. Clients love seeing it generate in front of them."

Things teams ask before they commit to yet another tool

How does Flux compare to Miro or FigJam?

Flux is faster to load, faster to sync, and has AI diagramming built in natively. We also support live video overlay and deeper integrations without requiring plugin installs.

Does Flux work offline?

You can view and annotate cached boards offline. Edits sync automatically when your connection returns. Full real-time collaboration requires a connection.

Is there a guest mode for client workshops?

Yes. Guests join via a link with view or comment access. You control whether guests can edit, duplicate, or export anything from the board.

How are boards organised for larger teams?

Flux uses workspaces, projects, and boards. Admins can set permissions at each level. Teams typically organise by product area, client, or quarter.

Stop explaining in documents what a board could show in seconds.

Flux is free to start. Invite your team, open a canvas, and find out what your thinking looks like when it finally has room to move.
